View Talay 3 is located Pratanack and sits on the beach front near the Jomtien Dongtan. It is the only show Talay, may be called the real beach. From apartment you can walk down to the beach front through gated entrance. Location and the VT3 is a very quiet and is about 1 ½ km Thrappraya the road, which is the main road and the Jomtien Pattaya. Standard Room 48sqm in size, but some owners have joined two or more units together. All apartments have large spacious balconies to sit and enjoy a drink with out feeling cramped.

In general, the choice would be rented in Pattaya side, because it does not get hot, but the views are not so good, so most people will want to Jomtien side, where you have a good outlook to the beach and islands. The pool is located close to the beach, so you can swim and still hear the sound waves. Pool area also has a restaurant serving both Thai and Western cuisine. The restaurant is open plan and is a blast from the beach. Very relaxing.

Inside View Talay 3a Mini Mart in all the basic stuff you need for a holiday, but if you want more than food Mart is not far from Jomtien. As the beach-side holiday rental View Talay 3 is a complete, but the point is to consider. If you want to go into town a lot so traffic is not as easily available here, say View Talay 1, 2, 5, 6 or 7, if you don’t mind hopping behind the wheel of the engine taxi.
